I think that you are righ, but sometimes is the peolple who not looking for help, maybe for scared or shy, they need more information about what to do in any emergency and where go.
Gloria, I think the fires are a big problem every year in diferent places on the country and they need help, good communication, and a lot of money too, to help the people who lost the home.
I don't know why you say good communication will help with the fires. Fires is always a big problem in California. The Santa Ana Winds is the one that contributes to have those fires. Maybe we may prevent those fires being more responsable and taking care of each other as us we do to ourselves.
i think people are dumb and that's how fires begin. people just aren't careful enough and don't like to take care of the enviroment.
I agree. communication is one of the biggest issuse that every everyone has. wether it be with just family or with the whole world.
